Organization’s Statement of Purpose:
LVCC provide literacy learning to the Northwest Louisiana community.  We provide basic literacy, Pre-HISET (GED) and English as Second Language learning at no cost to our learners.  All literacy learning is provided by volunteer tutors and teachers.

Job Description:
Tutor - Pre-HiSET Mathematics:  Hours per week 4 - 8 Duties - Teach middle school/high school  math to basic literacy and Pre-HiSET students in a classroom setting and/or one-on-one basis.  Opportunity to teach basic reading literacy.

The primary responsibility of Student Information Desk Assistants in the Moore Student Union Building (SUB) is to provide excellent customer service and accurate information to Centenary College students, faculty, staff, and guests. Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, remain attentive and approachable, and act as front-line representatives of the Student Life Office (SLO) and SUB operations. A key component of the role includes serving as the primary point of contact for the college switchboard, routing incoming calls to the appropriate campus departments and ensuring callers receive timely and helpful assistance. Additionally, employees manage the checkout of SUB recreational supplies and games, ensuring items are loaned responsibly, tracked accurately, and returned in proper condition.
