Program Details:

The Centenary College Alumni Ambassador Program is a comprehensive effort led by the Office of Alumni & Family Relations to organize, support, and promote all types of volunteerism - redefining the culture of engagement and philanthropy at Centenary College of Louisiana.

Through the Centenary College Alumni Ambassador Program, members can completely customize their involvement by doing a little or a lot no matter where you live or what your affiliation is with Centenary. As alumni, faculty and staff, parents, and friends of the institution, we share a common bond - a desire to advance Centenary’s mission and to support our students.

Which type of Ambassador are you?
Admissions – assist with on- and off-campus admission events, host counselor luncheons or yield events in your area, and refer prospective students.
Career – serve as a professional mentor to current students, provide career advice or share professional testimonials as a career podcast contributor, host student site visits at your place of employment.
Communication – actively share success stories and promote college events, activities, teams, groups, and departments through your own social media channels and (when applicable) participate in periodic “social media takeovers.”
“Maroon Jacket” Ambassadors – modeled after our own Maroon Jackets, these ambassadors serve as a volunteer workforce to assist the Office of Alumni & Family Relations in hosting and staffing events like Homecoming, Beast Feast, and/or geographic and regional events.
Philanthropy – provide financial support for student scholarships, athletic teams, performance groups, and academic programs, and actively encourage others to do the same.

As a Centenary College Alumni Ambassador you can choose as many ways as you want to engage with Centenary! We look forward to welcoming you as an Ambassador today!
