Centenary College reopens Thursday, January 29
Following several days of closings due to recent weather conditions, Centenary College reopened on Thursday, January 29. All buildings are open and operational. Caution is urged for people navigating campus, however. Patches of ice remain in some areas, and the ice on rooftops is melting and may fall.
While the campus is open, students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to make the best decision for their safety if they live in areas where travel continues to be dangerous. Dr. Karen Soul, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, says students who will miss class must inform their instructors, faculty must inform their department chair and my office, and staff must notify their supervisor.
The College is grateful to the individuals in Dining Services, Facilities, Public Safety, and Residence Life for above and beyond work and care.
Dining services, today, include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Late night dining service will resume Monday, February 2.
