Two ways to get involved beyond the classroom, one open to every psychology student, one to honor top academic performers. Students are often part of both, and the two groups regularly team up for shared events.
Psychology Club
Open to all students interested in psychology, regardless of major or class year. The club meets frequently to host guest speakers, watch movies, or plan other events for psychology students.

Psi Chi: International Honor Society in Psychology
Psi Chi is the international honor society in psychology, a distinction recognized by graduate programs nationwide, not just a campus club. Membership is reserved for top-performing majors: students in the top 35% of their class who meet Psi Chi's academic requirements.
To be eligible for Psi Chi, you must be a declared Psychology major or minor, have completed 3 semesters of college, rank in the top 35% of your class, and have a 3.0+ GPA.
Annual Psi Chi induction ceremony takes place each Spring, but invitations are sent out each semester. Fall inductees may join the organization and participate in the next following induction ceremony.
Joint Events
Psi Chi and Psychology Club regularly partner on shared programming, including guest speaker events, social events, fundraisers, and more. This gives every psychology student, Psi Chi member or not, access to the same speakers, events, and community.
