Passport Points Events

Points are granted to events that are open to all Centenary students, are held on campus, and are planned by Centenary faculty, staff, or registered student organizations.  Each will be eligible for a point value determined by the nature of the event.

In order for an event to receive Passport Points, all events must be posted on Engage at least 10 days prior to the event.

 

Passport Point Events

20 points – General Campus Events, RA Events, Meadows Museum Events

40 Points – Intercultural and culturally diverse events

 

Notable Campus-wide Events

A few notable events each semester will be worth additional points.

60 points – Major Campus Events – Significant campus-level events approved by the Provost or Vice President of Student Affairs

80 points – Convocations – Will be designated by the Convocations Committee prior to each semester

100 points – Annual Convocations – President's, Founder's Day, and Honors Convocations

 

High Frequency, Multi-phase, and Passive Events

5 points (each) – Multiple passive exhibits/events in the same venue (museum exhibits, research posters, etc.)

10 points – Athletics home contests, each station or session of a multi-phase or weekly event (ex: Orientation, Intercultural/Module Fair, etc.), drop in events (such as a table on the caf deck), and passive events (such as individually viewing an exhibit or educational display)
