Enrollment:
Enroll into Modules using Bannerweb Self Service. Register during the Spring Registration Schedule:
- Senior (90 + credit hours) Registration begins October 26
- Junior (60+ credit hours) Registration begins November 2
- Sophomore (30+ credit hours) Registration begins November 9
Module enrollment closes November 13. Modules must meet a certain number of minimum of students to run. If a module does not meet its minimum, the Director of Global Engagement will reach out to enrolled students to offer alternative placements.
Payment Due Dates:
- December 1, 2026: $2,000 non-refundable deposit
- January 19, 2027: 1/3 of the remaining fees
- February 23, 2027: 1/3 of the remaining fees
- March 24, 2027: All remaining fees due
After the November 13 registration cutoff date, students are responsible for the full cost of the module in which they are enrolled. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule above. Students who miss a required payment will be dropped from the module roster.
Passport Points:
Use Passport Points to fund your international or local culture modules.
- International Modules: Students may use up to 2,000 Passport Points toward the total cost of the module.
- Up to 1,000 Passport Points may be applied toward the initial $2,000 deposit.
- Any additional Passport Points, up to the 2,000-point maximum, may be applied toward the remaining module balance.
- Local Modules: Students may use up to 100 Passport Points toward the total cost of the module.
- Up to 50 Passport Points may be applied toward the initial deposit.
- Any additional Passport Points, up to the 100-point maximum, may be applied toward the remaining module balance.
Passport Points cash-out requests for modules must be submitted by March 24, 2027.
