Payment Plans

Centenary offers monthly, interest-free payment plans through our enhanced billing system. You can directly access your account information here, enroll in a payment plan and make on-line payments.

As your bill changes, your monthly payment is automatically adjusted. Your monthly payment amount will calculate daily based on your current charges less pending credits — including loans, financial aid and other resources.

There is a per-semester enrollment fee of $150 for payment plans.

Fall Semester Payment Plans

Six Pay Plan	June-November	Due on 15th of each month	six equal payments
Five Pay Plan	July-November	Due on 15th of each month	five equal payments
Four Pay Plan	August-November	Due on 15th of each month	four equal payments
Installment Plan	August-November	Due on 1st of each month	Half down, 3 equal payments(September, October, November)

Spring Semester Payment Plans

Five Pay Plan	December-April	Due on 15th of each month	five equal payments
Four Pay Plan	January-April	Due on 1st of each month	four equal payments
Installment Plan	January-April	Due on 1st of each month	Half down , 3 equal payments(February, March April)

Centenary accepts payments online 24/7. Students can make online payments, view account balances, and enroll/manage monthly payment plans.

Fee Bill Clearance

The final step in the registration process is Fee Bill Clearance. Business Office Clearance is the payment of fees/charges along with completing and signing the “Business Office Agreement” form. All students must complete a “Business Office Agreement” form.

Students who have a zero balance or credit balance because their charges are covered by financial aid, fee waiver, or other credits are still required to complete the “Business Office Agreement” form.

Failure to complete the Business Office Clearance process will result in a $200 to $550 late fee. Enrollment has not been completed until the student has completed “Business Office Agreement” with the Business Office.

The Centenary Promise can help graduates repay their loans if their income after graduation is below $50,000.
