Anonymous Crime/Concern Reporting System

Centenary College recognizes that some people may not wish to contact the Centenary Police Department or speak with another Campus Security Authority such as a coach, RA, or Title IX coordinator in person but may still wish to report crimes or concerns that they have. This form is intended to provide students, employees, and other community members a way to anonymously make reports that can be used to determine whether there is an ongoing pattern of crimes/events or a serious or ongoing threat to the campus community. These reports will also be used to generate statistics for inclusion in the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report.
