Cash bar. 5:00PM - Member-only admission 5:30PM - General admission 6:00PM - Artist Panel with Todd Camplin and Allison West **_[Ode to the Word Abstract: Selected Works from 2010 - 2026](https://meadows-centenary.squarespace.com/meadows-exhibitions/ode-to-the-word-abstract)_** Featuring works by Todd Camplin, this collection includes text abstracted into objects/images, explores endangered and extinct languages, and a reinterpretation of poems by two Centenary College students into an abstract work. **_[The Bee Sequence](https://meadows-centenary.squarespace.com/meadows-exhibitions/the-bee-sequence)_** Allison West creates a sculptural translation of Sylvia Plath's 1962 poetry cycle that explores control, tradition, domesticity, and female identity.  **_[The Mayan Creation: Words that Shape Worlds](https://meadows-centenary.squarespace.com/meadows-exhibitions/the-mayan-creation)_** Loosely based on Part One of the _Popol Vuh_, a series of works by Luz-Maria Lopez tell the Mayan creation story through alternating pages of text and illustrations.
