Religious Studies Awards

Religion is a powerful force for social change

Our students are impressive! We recognize our most successful students with these awards. We have the Smith Religion Studies Award, the Research Excellence Award, and the Theta Alpha Kappa Leadership Award.

Dean R.E. Smith Religious Studies Award 
This award is given to a graduating Religious Studies major in recognition of outstanding achievement in the academic study of Religion.

Research Excellence Award 
This award is in recognition of exceptional original research in the study of religion.

Theta Alpha Kappa Leadership Award 
This award goes to a member of the Religious Studies Honor Society who demonstrated incredible leadership within the chapter.
