Important Information

Catalogue Version
Please remember to advise (course registration and degree planning) based on the catalogue year under which the student-advisee entered Centenary. Changes to curriculum do not apply to previous catalogues. To take advantage of any catalogue or policy changes, a student may opt to graduate under a more recent catalogue. However, they may not revert to a version prior to their admission to Centenary.

Account Holds and Banner PIN
In order for students to register for classes, they must have resolved any holds on their account and know their six-digit Banner PIN. Students can check to see if they have holds in Banner.

Degree Plan
A degree plan must be filed before they apply for candidacy for graduation. Students must file their degree plans, approved by their advisors and endorsed by the Registrar, by the end of the spring of their sophomore year. If not received by the end of the spring of their sophomore year, a hold will be placed on a student’s account until the degree plan is turned in to the Office of the Registrar.
