2 Dec 2024 - initial non-refundable* deposit $2,000(Travel) $100.00 (Local)
13 Jan 2025 - 1/3 remaining estimated costs
17 Feb 2025 - 1/3 remaining estimated costs
24 Mar 2025 - All remaining costs due
