DPS has two mini-buses available to check out. Each can hold 1 driver and 14 passengers, with a storage area measuring 28" x 92" X 72" in the back.

Each bus will be checked out with a full tank of gas and should be returned as such. If a bus is returned without a full tank, DPS will have it filled and charge the account of the requestor for the market value of the gas and $20 service fee.
Beginning January 23rd, 2017 a fee of $0.25 per mile will be assessed to the requestor's account. This fee will be used to cover basic maintenance on the vehicles.
Vehicles can have no more than 500 miles round trip for any reservation requested.

If you have not already become an approved driver for Centenary College, you will need to do so before any vehicle reservation will be processed by DPS.
You can become an approved driver by completing the Approved Driver Form and Driver Record Forms.
If you are an approved driver, you can complete the Reservation Form (PDF).
This form must be filled out completely and forwarded to the DPS office at firstname.lastname@example.org for review and approval at least 1 week prior to your event.
You will be notified, of the status of your request, within 24 hours of receipt of its submission.
