Marketing & Communication Operations during COVID-19
- To ensure the health and safety of all Centenary community members, Marketing & Communication is currently open on an appointment-only basis. Please do not come to the second floor of the Sam Peters Building unless you have previously arranged your visit with a member of the Marketing & Communication staff.
- All Marketing & Communication requests must be submitted through our online job request system.
- Centenary Students: Marketing & Communication offers flyer/poster printing for campus organizations. Organizations must use the job request system to submit flyers for review and printing. The review process can take several days; please plan ahead so that you have plenty of time to promote your event. Drop-in print services are not available.
Marketing & Communication serves as the liaison between the media and the College. Faculty and staff often serve as experts for the media, suggest ideas for press releases, and request media coverage for specific events. Photography & Videography
Marketing & Communication organizes photo and video shoots based on priority and the availability of staff. Photo or video shoots of Centenary events can be requested by submitting a job request.
Publications & Graphic Design
Centenary publications are reviewed by Marketing & Communication to maintain a consistent visual identity. Our services include designing print pieces such as posters and invitations and developing digital graphics such as custom logos and social media graphics. Submit a graphic support request.
